Leading From the Board Room: Private Company Forum, Part 2
Nov 11, 2021
Leading from the Boardroom: Private Company Governance is a 2-day program designed for C-suite executives and directors of private companies, including venture capital and private equity-backed firms, pre-IPO and recently public companies, and growth-stage family businesses. This educational program will provide both training and first-person accounts of governance and decision-making in the boardroom that strengthened corporate leadership in these fast-changing times.
Registrants may sign up for one or both days.
Data Security and Privacy have taken center stage as strategic imperatives for private companies, yet directors may not feel well-grounded in either the technology or their understanding of external threats. This session will discuss how boards can deepen their expertise to stay ahead of data breaches, ransomware, and cyberthreats.
